We serve a selection of cocktails together with our own homemade syrups (ginger, rosemary, natural) in addition to a classic cocktail menu. We have selected a unique menu of organic Moroccan sulfate-free wine from the region of Val D’Argan (Essaouira).
The Lodge is mainly booked for its guests. Our restaurant serves a set menu, mainly Moroccan but also Mediterranean, every day depending on the products of the market. The kitchen is partly supplied with fresh products from our garden and we select the best meat, poultry and fish available. We always ask our guests their preferences, but also their allergies, to always meet their highest expectations. Our team consists of 4 people including 2 chefs.
